刘小敏,1995年出生,博士,讲师。2018年获同济大学测绘工程专业学士学位,2024年获同济大学测绘科学与技术专业博士学位。2024年7月起为浙江农林大学环境与资源学院测绘工程专业讲师。主要研究方向:极地海冰遥感、遥感数据智能解译、深度学习超分模型。参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金多项,并在《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《GIScience and Remote Sensing》等国际知名期刊上发表多篇学术论文。
