
潘小全,博士,讲师。2019年获中国矿业大学(北京)遥感科学与技术学士学位,2022年获中国矿业大学(北京)大地测量学与测量工程硕士学位,2026年获南京大学地理学博士学位。2026年7月起为浙江农林大学环境与资源学院、碳中和学院教师。主要研究方向为遥感信息提取与地学分析、高光谱遥感、自然资源遥感监测。以第一作者在《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》、《Geo-spatial Information Science》等刊物发表SCI论文6篇。
