郑华宝

郑华宝,博士,教授,有机废弃物资源化利用团队负责人。2007-2010年在德国马普所(Mülheim Ruhr)做博士后(酶定向进化提高手性化合物拆分立体选择性),2010-2016年在美国佛罗里达大学做博士后(代谢工程改造纤维素乙醇、氨基酸菌株)。2017年获浙江省“千人计划”创新长期支持。承担本科生《生态毒理学》、研究生《高级环境微生物学》课程。主持国家重点研发计划子任务、浙江省重点研发等项目。已在《Journal of Hazardous Materials》、《Science of the Total Environment》、《Applied and Environmental Microbiology》、《Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology》、《Journal of the American Chemical Society》等刊物上发表学术论文30余篇,授权发明专利5项。《生物学杂志》编委,“Journal of Environmental Chemical Engineering”编委。“current Opinion in Environmental Science & Health”客座编辑,研究方向有:(1)有机废弃物资源化利用,例如餐厨垃圾好氧发酵、微生物菌剂研发等;(2)微生物降解环境中抗生素,例如泰乐菌素降解菌筛选、降解机制研究等;(3)酶的定向进化及工程生物学改造,例如天冬氨酸发酵菌株优化。
