
韩冉,副教授,硕士生导师。博士毕业于中国科学院大学,后进入浙江大学从事博士后研究,现任浙江农林大学环境与资源、碳中和学院专任教师。长期从事污染土壤生态修复与环境界面过程研究,聚焦金属污染与新污染物复合胁迫下农业土壤生态系统的关键科学问题,系统解析土壤-植物-微生物互作机制及其环境效应。研究重点包括污染物生物有效性与环境行为、超富集植物吸收累积及多组学响应、根际生态过程调控,以及矿物材料活化与资源化利用。主持或参与国家自然科学基金、浙江省“尖兵领雁项目+X”科技计划、杭州市自然科学基金等科研项目10余项,在Environmental Science & Technology、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Journal of Cleaner Production等生态环境与农业科学领域重要期刊发表论文30余篇。相关成果获陕西省高校科研优秀成果奖一等奖,并入选中国生态学学会污染生态学优秀青年学者。欢迎相关领域同行开展交流合作,也欢迎对农业土壤生态环境、根际生态过程、植物-微生物互作及复合污染环境效应感兴趣的同学报考。
